By now, you've likely seen our graphic with an overview of Senator Barlow's voting record.
It hardly scratches the surface of who this Campbell County veterinarian really is in the political arena.
Governor is one of the most important offices in Wyoming. It's imperative we elect a candidate who has a strong conservative track record on supporting and promoting virtuous liberty.
** LP4U is not going to endorse a gubnatorial candidate until the filing period closes and we look long and hard at candidates and have in-depth conversations with them.
Back to Hard NO Barlow.
Fortunatley for us, Sen. Barlow has a decade of voting records. One of his most egrigious acts occured during special session in the COVID era.
Ivermectin for we, not for thee!
During the special session about COVID mandates in 2021, Barlow gave Ivermectin to a sick, Ogden Driskill who proceeded to recover quite well. In fact, it was disoverd that Driskill went out of state to get alternative treatments for his wife in 2020 becase the government was banning anything and everything effective.
Rep Penn's HB0119

In 2023, Rep. Sarah Penn from Freemont County, introduced a bill allowing off-label use of Ivermectin and hydroxychloraquin for treatment of COVID.
Off-label is nothing new. The popular GLP-1 drugs were originally created for type 2 diabetics. It helped lower A1C numbers. A weight loss side effect was observed and now that off-label use is epidemic.
The 20203 House passed Penn's bill 44-18 and it was sent to the Senate Labor and Health committee where Senator Barlow (who DISTRIBUTED IVERMECTIN TO SICK LEGISLATORS), along with Dockstader and Baldwin killed it in committee.
Then there was SF1012 by Sen Bouchard
Ogden Driskill, who sought out of state access to the alternative treatments of COVID for his wife, and who also personally benefitted from the use of Ivermectin to treat his COVID illness helped KILL a Senate File Bill that would have given doctors the right to prescribe medications they believed effective for their patients.

In conclusion, in the case of COVID, Senator Barlow acted in his own interests and those of his friends. He did not act or vote on behalf of the Wyoming people. The COVID incedent is only one of many. Barlow has brought harm to the citizens of Wyoming through his time in the legislature. It's important to know WHO candidates are and that they have a track record so We the People are not fooled.
